But, rest assured, it's not you I blame for what transpired. [ although she does not commit the words our captors to even privately broadcast text. ] They have the power to change our very behaviour. To conscript our sense and our senses alike. It could have easily been me put in such a vulnerable position.

Best not to name it after any one person. It's a bit too much like tempting fate.

Ideally, it ought to focus on its beneficiaries. Raising the Down. Project Windfall. Something appropriately "optimistic."

[ a sort of pr-ish decision that she clearly does not much appreciate in her own politics. but needs must. ]

It should come as no surprise that Public Relations has never been my forte. It's a pity an associate of mine from back home is no long with us. He always knew how to throw a lavish party.
