The last time he took a trip home he was just gone when I woke up in the morning and I thought that was generally what happened, but I suppose there's no saying that Wonderland has to follow its own rules, if it is such a thing.

It was the last time I saw him, and no one I've talked to has seen him since. After Daisy was captured we separated to see what we could find out. Maybe we should have stuck together.

You are both of you capable and competent agents. Splitting up, covering more ground, makes a kind of tactical sense.
